Over a 45-minute video or in-person call, we listen deeply to your story, your vision, your non-negotiables, and your budget. This is where trust begins - and we take it seriously.

Week 1-2
Vision & Proposal
We translate your words into a personalised planning proposal.
Within 72 hours, you receive a curated proposal including a bespoke aesthetic mood board, recommended service package, projected budget framework, and a sample planning timeline.

Month 1-3
Venue & Vendor Curation
We source the perfect venue and dream vendor team.
Drawing on our trusted vendor network, we handpick photographers, caterers, florists, musicians, and every specialist your wedding calls for - always aligning with your aesthetic and budget.

Month 3-6
Design & Detailing
Every beautiful detail is considered and confirmed.
From table linen textures to ceremony playlist sequencing, we immerse in the details. You'll receive monthly progress reports, budget updates, and design development check-ins.

Weeks 1-6 before
Final Countdown
The weeks before your wedding are calm, not chaotic.
We send all vendors the master timeline, conduct a rehearsal walkthrough, confirm every delivery and arrangement, and prepare you for the moment you walk in and see it all come together.

Before we begin, let us answer a few.
How far in advance should we enquire?
We recommend reaching out at least 12-18 months before your date for full planning packages, and 6-8 months for day-of coordination. Popular dates - especially in peak season (October-February) - book up quickly. That said, if your date is sooner, do reach out; we always try to accommodate.
What is your minimum budget requirement?
Our day-of coordination starts at ₹85,000. For full-planning packages, we typically work with wedding budgets of ₹15 lakhs and above - though this can vary depending on guest count, location, and requirements. We're always transparent about what's realistic within your budget.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Absolutely. We've planned weddings in Tuscany, Bali, Phuket, and Sri Lanka. We have trusted local partner networks in these destinations and handle everything from legal requirements to ground-level logistics.
Do you coordinate vendor payments?
We manage all vendor communications and scheduling, and we'll provide you with a payment tracker. All vendor payments are made directly by our clients - we don't handle funds but ensure every payment milestone is on track.
What makes Bloom different from other wedding planners?
Our philosophy is deeply personal. We don't template - every wedding we plan is bespoke. Our team is small by design so every couple gets genuine senior planner attention. We're also known for honest budget conversations and creative problem-solving within constraints.
