What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day hassle-free returns on all unworn, tagged items. Initiate a return through our website or email us and we'll arrange pickup at no charge.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes — exchanges are free and prioritised. Email us with your order number and the size you need and we'll hold a replacement while we process your return.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is planned for late 2026 — join our mailing list to be notified when it launches.
How do I care for my Nova pieces?
Care instructions vary by fabric and are printed on the label of every piece. As a general rule — cold wash, air dry, store folded. Full care guides are on each product page.
Can I visit the studio?
Yes! Our Bengaluru studio is open Saturdays 10am–2pm. Come try pieces and meet the team. Drop us an email if you'd like to visit on another day.
