Our menu is a dialogue between classical French rigour and the vivid ingredients that India's seasons offer. Four dishes that define who we are.

Squid-ink arborio finished with black truffle shavings, aged Parmigiano, and a crab bisque reduction.
Hand-stretched burrata from Pondicherry, heirloom tomato medley, aged balsamic, Ligurian olive oil, micro basil.
70% Valrhona bittersweet fondant, warm at the heart, served with tonka bean ice cream and cocoa tuile.

Our Craft

Every menu changes with the harvest. We work with small farms in the Nilgiris, the Konkan coast, and the Deccan plateau to bring ingredients at their absolute peak.

French classical method is our grammar. Stocks simmered for fourteen hours, sauces built over days, pastry layered with patience — technique is where flavour lives.
