Seasonal Sourcing
Every menu changes with the harvest. We work with small farms in the Nilgiris, the Konkan coast, and the Deccan plateau to bring ingredients at their absolute peak.

Old-World Technique
French classical method is our grammar. Stocks simmered for fourteen hours, sauces built over days, pastry layered with patience - technique is where flavour lives.
