Can I return a product I've already opened?
Yes. If you're unsatisfied within 30 days of purchase — opened or unopened — contact us and we will resolve it. We don't ask you to prove anything.
How does the Refill Programme work?
When you finish a refillable Verdé product, email us a photo of the empty bottle. We'll issue a 15% off code for your next order of the same product. Send the empty bottle back at your next order for recycling.
I have very sensitive or reactive skin — where should I start?
Start with the Ceramide & Oat Barrier Moisturiser and the Rosewater & Glycerin Balancing Toner. Both are fragrance-free and tested on sensitive skin. Introduce one product at a time.
Do you ship internationally?
